Abstract

Virtual education will be an effective educational system in students' effective learning during the corona and post-corona outbreaks, So the research method is quantitative, applied and descriptive-survey. The study population was all teachers of exceptional schools in Guilan province with a population of 690 people who were selected as a sample using systematic random sampling method. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by consulting experts from exceptional education in Guilan province and some university professors. To evaluate the reliability, a pretest was performed and a Cronbach's alpha of 0.92 indicated the reliability of the questionnaire. Virtual education challenges were analyzed through R-type exploratory factor analysis technique. Findings showed that the four infrastructural-technical and economic challenges, content and evaluation, cultural-social and organizational-managerial challenges explained 64.93% of the total variance and the main effective challenges in education Virtual schools in exceptional schools of Guilan province are from the perspective of teachers. Given the importance of overcoming these challenges, more interaction with knowledge-based companies, upgrading a SHAD educational network, effective interaction with telecommunication networks to strengthen the speed and bandwidth of the Internet, design and operation of the system Counseling, experience sharing webinars, parent briefings, and student support charities are recommended.

آموزش مجازی در زمان شیوع کرونا و پساکرونا به عنوان یک نظام آموزشی مؤثر در یادگیری اثربخش دانش‌آموزان خواهد بود، لذا این تحقیق با هدف تحلیل چالش‌های آموزش مجازی در مدارس استثنائی استان گیلان از دیدگاه معلمان صورت گرفت. روش تحقیق کمی، کاربردی و توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه تمامی معلمان مدارس استثنائی استان گیلان با جمعیت 690 نفر بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونه-گیری تصادفی سیستماتیک، 196 نفر از آن‌ها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه‌ی محقق ساخته صورت گرفت. روایی پرسشنامه با نظرخواهی از کارشناسان آموزش و پرورش استثنائی استان گیلان و برخی از اساتید دانشگاه تأیید شد. جهت بررسی پایایی نیز پیش‌آزمون به عمل آمد و میزان آلفای کرونباخ 92/0 نشان‌دهنده‌ی پایایی پرسشنامه‌ی مذکور بود. تحلیل چالش‌های آموزش مجازی نیز از طریق فن تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نوع R صورت گرفت. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که چهار چالش زیرساختی- فنی و اقتصادی، محتوا و ارزشیابی، فرهنگی- اجتماعی و سازمانی- مدیریتی در مجموع 93/64 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین کرده‌اند و اصلی‌ترین چالش‌های مؤثر در آموزش مجازی در مدارس استثنائی استان گیلان از دیدگاه معلمان هستند. با توجه به اهمیت غلبه بر این چالش‌ها، تعامل بیشتر با شرکت‌های دانش بنیان، ارتقای شبکه‌ی آموزشی شاد، تعامل مؤثر با شبکه‌های مخابراتی به منظور تقویت سرعت و پهنای باند اینترنتی، طراحی و راه‌اندازی سامانه‌های مشاوره، برگزاری وبینارهای تبادل تجربه و جلسات توجیهی والدین و تشکیل صندوق خیریه حمایت از دانش‌آموزان پیشنهاد می‌شود.
