چکیده

مفهوم آموزش از راه دور از یک انتخاب به یک الزام و حتی یک اجبار در نظام های آموزشی در سراسر جهان در طول بحران همه گیری کووید 19 تغییر کرده است. علیرغم چالش های پیش روی این تغییر ناگهانی، در همه کشورها، از جمله ایران، مؤسسات آموزشی اعم از آموزش عمومی یا آموزش عالی و حتی مؤسسات مهارت آموزی مجبور شدند با استفاده از بسترهای آموزشی موجود، به آموزش الکترونیکی روی بیاورند تا جریان آموزش خود را حفظ کنند. . در این مقاله سعی شده است سطح آمادگی و توانایی سیستم‌های آموزش الکترونیکی با تجربه‌ترین دانشگاه آزاد ایران، دانشگاه پیام نور، در دوران همه گیری کووید-19 مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. بدین منظور پرسشنامه ارزیابی میزان آمادگی بر اساس 9 معیار و 45 معیار و پرسشنامه بررسی میزان توانمندی آنان بر اساس هشت معیار و 47 شاخص تدوین و در بین مراکز آموزشی دانشگاه پیام نور توزیع شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که در ابتدای همه‌گیری کووید 19، سطح آمادگی آموزش الکترونیکی 31 مرکز شرکت‌کننده ضعیف بود. همچنین پس از دوره بحران، سطح قابلیت آموزش الکترونیکی 15 مرکز مرتبط بالاتر از حد متوسط ​​است. در خاتمه آن، علیرغم رشد وضعیت دانشگاه (از «ضعیف» به «بالاتر از میانگین» طی دو سال بحران)، در معیارهای نظام آموزشی، نظام پشتیبانی و زیرساخت های پژوهشی امتیاز سطح ضعیف برآورد شده است که نیازمند توجه فوری برنامه ریزان و سیاست گذاران آموزش عالی است. به همین ترتیب، معیارهای پایین تر از سطح متوسط ​​مانند نظام نظارتی، نظام نظارتی و زیرساخت های یادگیری باید در دستور کار بهبود سریع و معیار کیفیت نظام اداری با امتیاز بالاتر از متوسط می باید ​​در دستور کار بهبود تدریجی قرار گیرد.
