چکیده
پیشینه و اهداف: امروزه برنامهریزی استراتژیک و راهی برای کمک به بهرهوری بیشتر و دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی محسوب میشود و در دانشگاه فرهنگیان به عنوان یک سازمان نوپا ضرورت بیشتری پیدا می کند. لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین برنامه راهبردی آموزشی دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شده است. روشها: روش پژوهش از نوع آمیخته، کمّی و کیفی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه اساتید، مسئولان، معاونین و کارشناسان آموزش دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان البرز بود که در بخش کیفی16 نفر و در بخش کمی، 50 نفر از بر اساس نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای آنها انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در بخش کمی پرسشنامهی محقق ساخته با پایایی (943/0) بود.. یافتهها: یافتهها نشان دادند که به ترتیب تهدیدها (49/3)، نقاط ضعف (48/3) و نقاط قوت (22/3) و فرصتها (21/3) از تأثیرگذاری بیشتری برخوردارند. نتیجهگیری: در نتیجه استراتژی مناسبی برای آموزش دانشگاه فرهنگیان راهبرد تدافعی است لذا در این راستا راهکارهای پیشنهادی چهار بخش تهاجمی (so) محافظهکار (St) بازنگری (wo) و بویژه تدافعی (wt) ارائهشده است. در نتیجه توسعهی کمی و کیفی دانشگاه فرهنگیان با بهرهگیری از استراتژی مناسب تدافعی وجود دارد.
