چکیده

اعضای هیات علمی به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی نظام آموزش عالی و دانشگاهها است که نقش بسزایی در تربیت افراد کار آفرین دارند . هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه سبک های تفکر و ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی اعضا هیات علمی آموزش از دور است. این پژوهش به لحاظ نوع روش تحقیق ،توصیفی از نوع همبستگی وبه لحاظ هدف کاربردی است.جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه اعضای هیات علمی( قراردادی ،پیمانی و رسمی) و حق‌التدریس دانشگاه‌های آموزش از دور استان آذربایجان غربی، که در نیمسال اول 92-91 در دانشگاه مشغول تدریس بودند که تعداد آنها برابر 2000 نفر بود. از میان جامعه آماری 270 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری به روش خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. داده های تحقیق به وسیله دو پرسشنامه استاندارد گردآوری شدند یک پرسشنامه مربوط به سبکهای تفکر با آلفای کرونباخ 87 صدم و پرسشنامه دیگر ویژگی‌های کارآفرینی است که آلفای کرونباخ آن 89 صدم برآورد شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار (spss) و با روش‌های همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چند متغیری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. یافته های تحقیق بیانگر آن است سبک تفکر عمل گرایی در جهت مثبت و سبک تفکر واقع گرایی در جهت منفی با میزان ویژگیهای کار آفرینی رابطه معنی دار دارند و سایر سبکها با ویژگیهای کارآفرینی رابطه معنی دار ندارند .همچنین یافته ها نشان داد که واقع گرایی و عمل گرایی سهم بیشتری را را در تبیین ویژگیهای کارآفرینی اعضا هیات علمی در نظام آموزش از دور را دارند . بر این اساس پیشنهاد می شود .در استخدام اعضای هیات علمی سبک های تفکر آنها مورد توجه قرار گیرد
