چکیده
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی توسعه آموزش ترکیبی در زمینه آموزش عالی جهت شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار صورت گرفته است.بدین منظور پس از مطالعه یافته های تحقیقاتی معاصر عوامل توسعه آموزش ترکیبی به پنج گروه عوامل؛ ساختاری، نظام برنامه ریزی ، نظام اطلاعاتی و ماهیت و محیط کار و پشتیبانی تقسیم شده و برای هر یک از این عوامل مولفه هایی تعیین شد.به منظور سنجش عوامل توسعه آموزش ترکیبی از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی پرسشنامه ای محقق ساخته طراحی شد. پرسشنامه مذکور،دارای 40سوال پنج گزینه ای با استفاده از مقیاس لیکرت می باشد.روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی صوری و محتوایی مورد تایید قرارگرفت و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ(89/0=α)محاسبه شد.پس از تعیین حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان به روش تصادفی ساده،پرسشنامه ها بین اعضای هیات علمی توزیع گردید.یافته های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته اند. از نرم افزارهای LISRELوSPSS برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات استفاده شده است . یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که از بین عوامل شناسایی شده، مهم ترین و اثرکذارترین عامل بر آموزش ترکیبی به عوامل ساختاری مربوط می شود
